DESIGN PROCESS

  • You, the author(s) contact me via e-mail/ FB Messenger and explain your needs and deadlines.

  • I wil respond with a brief questionnaire concerning your book(s). To make things easier, it's best if you fill in all the details needed for a streamlined designing process (book synopsis, description of main character(s), mood of the book, etc.) 

  • You receive a copy of BTP Design's agreement and will be charged a deposit for half of the total amount before any work can be presented to you. 

  • I will respect your preferences— colors, composition, type of cover, etc.—during the entire design process.

  • Based on my work load at the time of contact, and your needs, I will agree on an ETA for the first cover, draft, and/or trailer.

  • On (or before) the date we set, you will receive my cover/teaser design proposal as a low-resolution JPG file with my watermark on it.

  • After I fulfill your requested revisions (you get 2), and after approving the final design, you will be asked to fulfill payment. *Payment in full is requested only after you approve the final cover/teaser design.

  • When payment is confirmed, I will send you the final approved design and appropriate files, including: high-resolution JPG file of cover; along with all other files you will need, such as Facebook cover image, Twitter header, blog header, or mp4--file depending on the package or item(s) you purchased.
